This online chatting program is still in the phase of Beta. As any other instant messenger programs, Google Talk lets you to call or send instant messages to your friends. The interface is simple, no ads are shown ( maybe because it is still in beta ). The quality of voice call is better than that of some other messenger programs I have tried.

Combined seamlessly with GMail account. All your contacts in your GMail account will be automatically imported to Google Talk. The drawbacks is that you have to sign a GMail account before you are able to use Google Talk. GMail notification function let you be notified whenver any new emails comes into your GMail box. If you have installed the GMail Notifier in your computer, it will be automatically replaced by Google Talk. High quality of voice communication. Easy to use. Compact. The size of installation file is only 900k bytes.
