eXactSearchBar is an IE toolbar with the usual search features. It is advertised by e-mail to mail.com users as a mail.com toolbar. The program opens pop-up advertising when targeted words appear in the URL or search engine terms.

How to Remove eXact? 

Click Start >Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs, select 'eXact Search Bar' and click 'Remove'.
