Follow these instructions to manually remove this spyware from your computer:
- Open Registry Editor (Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' and click Ok).
- Navigate to and delete the following keys:

- Reboot the computer.
- Open the folder 'c:\windows\downloaded program files', find and delete the file gigexagent.dl.
