is search-hijcaking program implemented as Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object (BHO). It adds a toolbar to Internet Explorer and redirects error pages to its controlling server www.secondpower.com.
How to Remove

They provide an uninstaller on their website, click the following link to download it:

If you don't trust this uninstalling program, follow these instructions to remove this spyware from your computer:
- Close all open Internet Explorer.
- Open a Dos command prompt (from Start > Programs > Accessories)
- Enter the following commands:
cd %SystemDir%
Regsvr32 /u 2ndpower.dll
Note: %SystemDir% is a variable, you should replace it with the system directory in your system. By default this is c:\windows\system (Windows 98/Me) or c:\ winnt\system32 (Windows 2000/NT) or c:\windows\system32 (Windows XP) .
- Reboot the computer.
- Search for and delete the file 2ndpower.dll.
