SearchAnt is a homepage hijacker program that redirects seaches to its controlling server. The program sets Internet Explorer homepage to www.searchant.com. It adds entries to point some domains to SearchAnt site..

How to Remove SearchAnt ? 

Follow these removal instructions to remove it from your computer:

1. Close all the open Internet Explorer windows.
   
2. Open the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc, use a text editor to open the file Hosts.
   
3. Delete the line with the domain auto.search.msn.com.
   
   (for example:207.36.196.189 auto.search.msn.com.
   
   Save and close the file.
   
4. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel, double click Internet Options, select Program tab, click the Reset Web Settings button.
