About Deltaclick

Deltaclick is a adware implemented as Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object. It collects user information including IP address and url of visited pagea and send them to its controlling server. The program may generate targeted advertisement on your computer when directed by its controlling server.

How to Remove Deltaclick ? 

Follow these instructions to manually remove this spyware from your computer:

1. Open a Dos command prompt window (From Start > Programs > Accessories).
   
2. Enter the following commands:
   
   cd %SystemDir%
   regsvr32 /u deltaclick.dll
   
   Note:%SystemDir% is a variable, you should replace it with the System directory in your computer, by default this is C:\windows\system for windows 98 or C:\WINNT\System32 for Windows 2000 or C:\Windows\System32 for Windows XP.
   
3. Reboot your computer.
   
4. Delete the file deltaclick.dll from the System directory.
