HotOffers is an adware that hijacks your browser settings and displays popup ads. It may also displays false messages claiming that your system is infected by spyware.

How to Remove hotoffers ?

Remove this adware using Spyware Doctor.

Follow these removal steps to remove this spyware from your computer:

1. Reboot the computer to Safe Mode (Press F8 when Windows starts).
   
2. Open a Dos command window (go to Start > Run, type 'cmd' ( for Windows XP/2000 ) or 'command '( for Windows 98/Me ) and click OK).
   
3. Type the following commands:
   
   cd %WinDir%\System32
   regsvr32 /u Systr.dll
   
4. Exit Registry Editor.
5. Go to Start > Run, type "%temp%" and press Enter to open the temporary file folder. Delete all the file within it.
6. Delete the file Systr.dll from "C:\Windows\system32" folder.
7. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options, select the Programs tab and then click on the "Reset Web Settings" to reset your Internet Explorer settings.
8. Reboot the computer.
