How to Remove Zserv ?

Follow these removal steps to remove this spyware from your computer:

1. Reboot the computer to Safe Mode (Press F8 when Windows starts).
   
2. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
3. Navigate to the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
   
   In the right pane, delete the following value:
   
   "?????"="C:\Windows\System32\utfyys.exe", where '?' denotes random letters.
   
   Delete the value named ' Win32 Explorer' that points to the file 'explorer32.exe' if it exits.
   
4. Exit Registry Editor.
   
5. Open a Dos command window (go to Start > Run, type 'cmd' ( for Windows XP/2000 ) or 'command '( for Windows 98/Me ) and click OK).
   
6. Enter the following command lines:

   cd %SystemRoot%\system32
   regsvr32 /u zserv.dll
   attrib -h -r zserv.dll
   del zserv.dll

7. Reboot the computer.
