1. Reboot the computer to Safe Mode. (Press F8 before Windows starts).
   
2. Open a Dos command window (go to Start > Run, type 'cmd' ( for Windows XP/2000 ) or 'command '( for Windows 98/Me ) and click OK).
   
3. Enter the following commands:

   cd "%windir%\Downloaded Program Files"
   regsvr32 /u zippy.dll
   regsvr32 /u ZippyToolbar.dll
   del zippy*.dll

4. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, double-click Internet Options, click the Programs tab, click the Reset Web Settings button to reset your Internet Explorer settings.
   
5. Reboot the computer.
