How to Remove Twain-tech ?

Remove this spyware using Spyware Doctor.

There is an Add/Remove option to uninstall Twain-tech adware. To uinstall the program, click Start > Settings > Control Panel, then double click Add/Remove Programs. From the program list, select Twain Tech. Click on Add/Remove and follow the on screen prompts to uninstall it.

Alternatively, you can follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', and click Ok to open the Registry eidtor.
   
2. Navigate to the following key:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
   In the right pane find and delete the entry with the value 'xgn' and 'oyyilj8kl'.
   
3. Exit Registry Editor.
   
4. Open a DOS command prompt window ( Start > Run , type 'cmd' (on Windows NT/2000/XP ) or 'command' (on Windows 95/98/Me)) and enter the following commands,
   
   regsvr32 /u %WinDir%\twaintec.dll
   
   
5. Reboot the computer.
6. Search for and delete the following file from %WinDir%(C:\Windows or C:\Winnt):
   
   twaintec.dll
