SirSearch is a browser hijacker and adware supplied by eUniverse.com. It adds a browser toolbar to Internet Explorer using the method of Browser Helper Object ( BHO ). The program hijacks error pages and address bar searches to sirsearch.com.

How to Remove SirSearch ?

Remove this spyware using Spyware Doctor.

Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Open a Dos command prompt window (from Start > Programs > Accessories ), enter the following command:
   
   For Windows2000/NT/XP,
   
   regsvr32 /u %WinDir%/System32/searchbr.dll
   
   
   Or for Windows 98/Me,
   regsvr32 /u %WinDir%/System/searchbr.dll
   
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Delete the following files:
   
   %windir%\system32\searchbr.dll
   %windir%\system\searchbr.dll
