About Spyware Sheldor

Sheldor is an adware that monitors your browser search request and displays adult website advertisements when it find certain keywords matches. This adware may also displays the following message: "E47250: Incorrect MPEG Data format".

How to Remove Sheldor ?

Remove this spyware using Spyware Doctor.

To manually remove this adware:

1. Reboot the computer to safe mode (Press F8 key when windows start.).
   
2. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', and click Ok to open the Registry editor.
   
3. Navigate to the following key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
   
   In the right pane find and delete any entries with that points to files named 'Shellexpl.exe' or ''Shellexp.exe'.
   
4. Exit Registry Editor.
   
5. Delete the following files from %SystemDir% ( "C:\Windows\System" or "C:\Windows\system32") folder:
   
   Hndldt.ini
   Winhndl.ini
   Shellexpl.exe
   'Shellexp.exe
   
6. Reboot the computer.
