Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Reboot the computer to Safe Mode (Press F8 when Windows starts).
   
2. Open a Dos command prompt window (from Start > Programs > Accessories ), enter the following commands:
   
   cd %WinDir%/system32
   dir Q*.dll
   
3. You will then able to see a list of dll files with the name started with the letter Q. Find the one that looks like Q?????????.dll where '?' denotes random number For example, Q107589892.dll.
   
4. Type the following commands in the Dos command window:
   
   regsvr32 /u Q107589892.dll
   del Q107589892.dll
   
   Notice that you should replace 'Q107589892.dll' with the name you found in step 3 from your computer.
