How to Remove SP2Update ?

Remove this spyware using Spyware Doctor.

Follow these removal steps to manually remove this adware from your computer:

1. Reboot the computer to safe mode (click F8 when Windows start).
   
2. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', and click Ok to open the Registry eidtor.
3. Navigate to the following key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
   In the right pane find and delete the entry with the value "sp2update" that points to the file "%Windir%\sp2update.exe".
   
4. Use Windows Explorer to open the "%Windir%" folder (by default this is "C:\Windows" or "C:\Winnt"), find and delete the file "sp2update.exe".
   
5. Reboot the computer.
