Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
   
   In the right pane, delete the value named 'RCSync' or ' PrizeSurfer'.
   
3. Exit Registry Editor.
   
4. Open a Dos command prompt (from Start > Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt). Enter the following commands:
   
   cd "%WinDir%\downloaded program files\"
   regsvr32 /u passkey.dll
   
5. Reboot the computer.
   
6. Open Windows Explorer, delete the folder 'rcprograms' from 'Program Files' directory.
