1. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
   
   In the right pane, delete the value named 'precpop2'.
   
3. Exit Registry Editor.
   
4. Open a Dos command prompt window (from Start > Programs > Accessories ), enter the following commands:
   
   regsvr32 /u %WinDir%/system/helper.dll
   regsvr32 /u %WinDir%/system32\helper.dll
   
5. Reboot the computer.
   
6. Open Windows Explorer, delete the folder 'PrecPop2' from 'Program Files' directory.
