Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
   
   In the right pane, delete the value named 'Power Scan'.
   
3. Navigate to and delete the following keys (and subkeys under them):
   
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\powerscan
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\powerscan
   
4. Exit Registry Editor.
   
5. Reboot the computer.
   
6. Open Windows Explorer, delete the folder 'Power Scan' from 'Program Files' directory.
