About Adware MBKWbar

MBKWbar is an adware that is implemented as brower toolbar. This program displays popup advertisements when you browse using Internet Explorer.

How to Remove MBKWbar ?

Remove this spyware using Spyware Doctor.

Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Restart your computer to Safe mode (Press F8 key when Windows starts).
   
2. Open a DOS command prompt window ( Start > Run , type 'cmd' (on Windows NT/2000/XP ) or 'command' (on Windows 95/98/Me)) and enter the following commands,
   
   cd %ProgramFiles%\MBKWBar\
   regsvr32 /u IEToolBar.dll
   
3. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', and click Ok to open the Registry eidtor.
4. Navigate to and delete the following registry keys (if exist):
   
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{EA5A82FB-D6BE-44F9-9363-B1ABABC153C1}
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\IEToolBar.ToolBarImpl.1
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\IEToolBar.ToolBarImpl
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\MBKWBar
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Typelib\{4A7DBA74-E729-4EC8-92E2-FFD83921449F}
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{4A7DBA74-E729-4EC8-92E2-FFD83921449F}
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MBKWBar
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\{EA5A82FB-D6BE-44F9-9363-B1ABABC153C1}
   
5. Delete the folder "MBKWBar" from "Program Files" directory.
6. Reboot the computer.
