HuntBar.btiein is a variant of adware Huntbar. It is implemented as IE BHO (Browser Helper Object) . It changes your home page and search bar settings to point to HuntBar's servers, and automatically opens this search bar when it detects you using any other search engine.

How to Remove HuntBar btiein ?

Remove this spyware automatically

Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Reboot the computer to Safe Mode (Press F8 when Windows starts) and log in using Administrator.
   
2. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
3. Navigate to and delete the following registry keys:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID \ {63B78BC1-A711-4D46-AD2F-C581AC420D41}
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Browser Helper Objects \ {63B78BC1-A711-4D46-AD2F-C581AC420D41}
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\BTiein
   
4. Exit Registry Editor.
   
5. Reboot the computer.
   
6. Open Windows Explorer, search for and delete the file btiein.dll ( which may reside in %WinDir%/System32, %WinDir%/System, and/or %Windir%/downloaded program files).
