Hithopper is an adware that adds a toolbar to your browser. The program may generate popup ads when you are sufing on the Internet.

How to Remove Hithopper ?

Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. From the program list, select HitHopper, click Change/Remove to uninstall the program.
   
2. Click Start > Run, type (or copy ) the following command and click Ok:
   
   regsvr32 /u c:\hithopper\hithopper.dll
   
3. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
4. Navigate to and delete the following registry keys ( if exist ):
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WebstormMedia\HitHopper
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\HitHopper
   
5. Reboot the computer.
   
6. Delete the folder 'c:\hithopper' and all the files within it .
