Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. From the program list, select CrocoPop. Click Add/Remove to uninstall the program.
   
2. Open Task Manager ( press CTRL+ALT+DE L), from the processes list, select and terminate the following processes:
   
   CrocoPop32.exe
   
3. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
4. Navigate to the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
   
   In the right pane, delete the entry with the value named 'CrocoPop32.exe' , if it pesents.
   
5. Click Start > Run, enter %WinDir%/System32 (or %WindDir%/System if your system is Windows 98) to open the System directory. Find and delete the file CrocoPop32.exe.
