How to Remove Comet Systems ?

Follow these removal steps to manually remove this adware from your computer:

1. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit' to open the Registry Editor.
   
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
   
   In the right pane, delete the value named "DM_Server" , if it exists.
   
3. Navigate to and delete the following registry key:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Comet Systems
   
4. Open a Dos command prompt window (from Start > Programs > Accessories ), enter the following commands:
   
   cd "C:\Program Files\Comet\Bin\"
   regsvr32 /u csbho.dll
   regsvr32 /u comutil.dll
   regsvr32 /u csapputil.dll
   regsvr32 /u csband.dll
   regsvr32 /u csbrange.dll
   regsvr32 /u cscore.dll
   regsvr32 /u csctx.dll
   regsvr32 /u cseng.dll
   regsvr32 /u csietb.dll
   regsvr32 /u csinst.dll
   
5. Reboot the computer.
   
6. Delete the folder ' c:\Program Files\Comet Systems ' or 'c:\Program Files\Comet'.
