About Adware AdStation

AdStation is an adware implemented as a Browser Helper Object. The adware tries to contact its controlling server to generate popup advertisements and download updates.

How to Remove AdStation ?

Remove this spyware using Spyware Doctor.

Follow these removal steps to remove this adware from your computer:

1. Open a Dos command prompt window (from Start > Programs > Accessories ), enter the following commands:
   
   For Windows 2000/XP,
   
   cd %WinDir%/system32/adstation
   regsvr32 /u adshook.dll
   
   Or for Windows 98/Me,
   cd %WinDir%/system/adstation
   regsvr32 /u adshook.dll
   
2. Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', and click Ok to open the Registry eidtor.
   
3. Navigate to and delete the following keys:
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ADNCommunication\AdStation
   
4. Open Windows Manager, delete the folder AdStation from the system directory ( by default this is "C:\Windows\System32" for Windows XP00 or "C:\Windows\System" for Windows 98/Me").
