GoHip is a homepage hijacker program. It changes your homepage to its controlling server. It tracks web usage and generates browser pop-ups. And, it is very hard to remove.

How to Remove GoHip Spyware ?
To manually remove GoHip from your computer, use the following instructions:
- Open Task Manager(press CTRL+ALT+DEL), stop the following running processes:
winstartup.exedownload.exe
- Open Registry Editor (Click Start > Run, type regedit), find and delete the following registry keys:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{f17edbc0-3eb2-11d3-ab74-00a0c9a522f2}
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\browserenh
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\gohip
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\code store database\distribution units\{f17edbc0-3eb2-11d3-ab74-00a0c9a522f2}
Exit Registry Editor.
- Click Start > Programs > Startup, right click 'windows startup' and select Delete to remove the shortcut link.
- Delete the 'browserenh' folder from your Program Files directory.
- Start Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options > General, then click Use Blank or Use Current.
- Restart your computer.
