Dwrcs.exe is the DameWare Mini Remote Control Client Agent Service. It is used for other machines to connect to the computer. Normally the service listens on port 6129. If you can not make sure whether it is essential or installed by yourself, we recommend you stop it by going to Control Panel> Administration Tools> Service.
