NetMon.exe is associated with the W32.Mimail worm virus which spreads itself via mass-mailing using its own SMTP engines. This file is located at %Windir% directory (e.g. "C:\Windows").
Notice that NetMon.exe may also be Net Monitor program for Windows 2000 server or Windows 2000 advanced server, but only is run when you manually launch it. |
